5. How AI and Provider Processing Works

- Managed mode: a21e may route requests through providers we select.
- BYOK mode: you may choose providers and supply credentials under your own provider account.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, BYOK credentials are intended for transient request processing and not long-term storage.
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submit data and use chosen providers for your use case.
6. How We Share Data
We may disclose data:
- to service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Service (for example identity, hosting, observability, billing, communications, and model providers);
- within our corporate group where needed for operations;
- with your organization admins according to your workspace settings;
- in connection with legal compliance, law enforcement requests, or protection of rights and safety;
- in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data for money. If applicable law treats certain disclosures as "sharing" for targeted advertising, we provide rights described below.

We may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to:
